The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 2 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van
Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. Cruise terminal pickup: Our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area). If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. The Chauffeur will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passengers. If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show on 0208 935 5116. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Due to the duration of the journey time and vehicle availability on cruise days, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change the pickup time.
The driver will pick you up directly from your accommodation and for your return will meet you directly inside the Cruise terminal.

Cancellation policies

Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.

Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.

Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.
