Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable..

The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 10 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges, but there might be a slight delay with the driver going into the terminal once your flight land as driver schedules may have to be changed. Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. Funchal airport is very small and they only open check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure time. Cancellation policies

Our standard cancellation, a fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.

Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event.

Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event.

This may be different for selected services, the cancellation policy would be available on checkout.
